OPŁATA KONFERENCYJNA wynosi 550 zł / 120 euro i obejmuje materiały konferencyjne, poczęstunek w czasie przerw kawowych, obiady w pierwszym i drugim dniu konferencji, uroczystą kolację oraz publikację materiałów pokonferencyjnych. Opłata nie obejmuje kosztów podróży i noclegów.

Jeśli opłacą Państwo wpisowe z prywatnego konta bankowego i chcieliby Państwo otrzymać fakturę na uniwersytet (lub firmę), uprzejmie prosimy o jak najszybsze przesłanie mailem (termos@uwr.edu.pl) danych do faktury.

W przypadku rezygnacji z udziału w konferencji przed 31 marca 2023 r., zwrócona zostanie cała wpłacona kwota. W przypadku rezygnacji po tym terminie nie będzie możliwości zwrotu wniesionej opłaty konferencyjnej.

 

CONFERENCE FEE is EUR 120 (PLN 550). It includes snacks during coffee breaks, lunches on the first and the second day of the conference, a formal dinner, and publishing post-conference materials. The price does not include travel expenses and accommodation.

The deadline for paying the conference fee is 20 February 2023.

If you choose to make the payment from your own private bank account and you would like to receive an invoice, please send us an email (termos@uwr.edu.pl) with the data necessary for the invoice asap.

In case of cancellation of participation in the conference before March 31, 2023, the entire amount paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation after this date, there will be no refund of the paid conference fee.
